The McAlear Group prioritizes its employees' well-being and community spirit. The decision to join the Susan G. Komen 5K reflected the company's commitment to supporting causes close to its team's hearts and fostering a culture of social responsibility.

"The McAlear Group not only embraced my suggestion for a cause that means so much to me but they jumped in with wholehearted enthusiasm. I am stunned that my small suggestion was able to be realized and have the impact that it had." Kyle Brown

Before the event, employees and their families came together, fundraising and building team spirit. The company supported these efforts by organizing a company apparel sale, where a portion of the sale was donated to breast cancer research, and that amount was then matched by Matt McAlear, CEO of The McAlear Group.

On the big day, our team members and their families wore their “pink strong” apparel to symbolize their support for breast cancer survivors and patients. In addition to the support, the 5K helps create awareness about breast cancer and the significance of early detection and support. Our fighters and survivors of breast cancer were honored by wearing pink.

The McAlear Group's participation in the Susan G. Komen 5K is a shining example of unity, compassion, and social responsibility. Their commitment to breast cancer awareness and research showcases how even small steps can lead to meaningful change, inspiring others to make a difference in their own way.
